n Orange County-based developer of multifamily housing and mixed-use projects, enlisted Peter Whittingham and WPAA to lead its entitlement efforts on behalf of a 420-unit mixed-use project in the City of Placentia’s Transit Oriented Development (TOD) district. This project will dramatically revitalize this area of the city and bring upscale residential opportunities online in conjunction with the 2020 opening of the City’s new Metrolink station.

The role of WPAA is to expedite the processing of the entitlement application through the City review process and to secure all requisite approvals to proceed with the development of this transformational transit-oriented mixed use development.
